Triple-Layer Co-Extrusion Technology Our sheets are manufactured via a high-temperature co-extrusion process, integrating three distinct functional layers into a single, high-strength profile.Surface Layer (ASA): A super-weather-resistant Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate resin. This layer is the "armor" against UV rays and chemical corrosion.
Core Layer (Modified PVC): Provides exceptional toughness and structural rigidity.
Base Layer (Abrasion Resistant): Enhances the internal light-reflection and wear resistance.
Self-Cleaning "Lotus Leaf" Effect The micro-structure of the ASA surface mimics the hydrophobic properties of a lotus leaf. Rainwater does not soak the surface but rolls off, carrying away dust and pollutants, ensuring the roof remains vibrant and clean without manual maintenance.
